Custom Service Agreement for Monthly Memberships

Owner/Provider: Kathy Merrill (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “CS Bible Insights”)

1. Services Provided

By subscribing to a monthly membership with CS Bible Insights, you gain access to exclusive member content, including but not limited to:

  • Bible teaching videos and lessons

  • Downloadable study materials

  • Teaching tools and activity guides

  • Invitations to live Q&A sessions or webinars (if applicable)
    These offerings are designed to support and inspire individuals teaching the Bible, particularly within the Christian Science tradition.

2. Membership Fees & Billing

  • The monthly membership fee is $20.00, billed automatically each month to your preferred payment method.

  • All fees are non-refundable once payment is processed, except as required by law.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time (see section 3).

3. Cancellation & Access

  • You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].

  • Upon cancellation, access to member-only content will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  • We reserve the right to cancel memberships at our discretion if terms are violated or misuse is detected.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through CS Bible Insights are the intellectual property of Kathy Merrill and may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without written permission. Membership grants personal use only.

5. Disclaimers

  • CS Bible Insights is not affiliated with any official church body. Content is educational and inspirational in nature.

  • We make no guarantees about specific outcomes based on use of the materials provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use (or inability to use) our services or website content.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update this agreement and/or adjust the services or pricing with prior notice. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
